Tinubu Will Lead Nigeria to Prosperity, Says Oyetola

Minister Adegboyega Oyetola has faith in President Bola Tinubu’s ability to lead Nigeria to economic success.

He mentioned that Nigeria is facing challenges due to past poor economic decisions by previous leaders, but he believes in Tinubu’s economic reform plan.

At the unveiling of the new Aragbiji palace in Iragbiji, Osun State, the former Osun State Governor highlighted the importance of the ongoing economic reform for a better future.

Oyetola said, “I urge everyone to be patient. President Bola Tinubu is working hard for the country. We may face tough times, but I’m optimistic that we will see progress. Let’s pray for his wisdom and health. I have no doubt he will lead us to economic prosperity.”

Regarding the new palace, the Minister encouraged individuals to contribute to their community’s development through self-help projects, as government cannot do everything.

He expressed joy in being part of the development projects in his hometown, Iragbiji.

“Two years ago, during the 31st Iragbiji Day celebration, I challenged our community to follow the example of other towns in developing our palace. Today, we are celebrating the result of that challenge,” Oyetola explained.

He added, “This palace, costing N450 million, was made possible by our community’s efforts. The journey started seven years ago, and today we celebrate our commitment to developing our community.”

The Aragbiji of Iragbiji, Oba Abdur-Rasheed Olabomi, mentioned that despite disagreements with the engineering teams on preserving old buildings, the new modern palace, initially planned for completion in six months, took six years to complete..
