Tinubu Vows to Rescue Abducted Children in Borno and Kaduna: Calls it a Direct Attack on Our Future

The Federal Government has strongly condemned the recent abductions of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at Wurge Community in Borno State and school children at Kuriga community in Kaduna State. These reprehensible acts, which occurred on Monday and Thursday respectively, have drawn widespread outrage and concern.

In response to these incidents, the government has pledged to take decisive action to secure the release of the victims and bring the perpetrators to justice. Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, emphasized that such acts of violence against innocent civilians, especially vulnerable groups like children, are completely unacceptable and against the core values of humanity.

The government, led by President Bola Tinubu, has instructed security agencies to spare no effort in ensuring the safe return of all abducted persons and in apprehending those responsible for these heinous acts.
