JAMB 2024: Arts Student Shares His UTME Result, Asks If He Can Study Political Science With it

A JAMB candidate, Nwaigwe Uchenna Chiagozie, has showcased his UTME result after checking it with a code.

Taking to a Facebook group, a worried Uchenna asked if he would be given admission to study political science with his UTME result.

“Can I get political science with did score?” Uchenna wrote.

From the result Uchenna shared on Facebook, he had 52 in the use of English, 63 in government, 62 in literature-in-English and 48 in CRS, bringing his aggregate to 225.

Uchenna scored 219 in the JAMB mock exam in March.

Boy cries out after checking UTME result

In another related development, a JAMB candidate cried out online for help after checking his UTME result via a code.

Unlike the messages other students received when they checked their results, Okon got an unusual response. After an automated response informing Okon of the cost of checking his result, Okon got the reply:

“Wrong Parameter 2348153257807 Passed. Send HELP to 55019 or 66019.”

Boy performs poorly in UTME

Meanwhile, Fox Nigeria previously reported that a JAMB candidate had performed poorly in the JAMB examination.

A copy of the result seen in a Facebook group showed that the boy scored 116 in aggregates, a score many people consider too poor.

A breakdown of the JAMB result shows that the candidate scored only 17 marks in physics. He scored 28 in chemistry, 31 marks in biology, and 40 in UTME use of English.
