Danfo bus driver happy as he buys fuel priced at N260 after converting vehicle

A bus driver in Lagos went to a filling station and bought CNG fuel for his Danfo bus.

A video posted by Ayofe shows that the Danfo driver had two CNG cylinders in his bus.

Buying CNG in Lagos

The CNG pump attendant at the NIPCO filling station was seen selling the gas to the customer.

Ayofe said:

“Most Danfo buses in Lagos have made the switch to CNG, a cleaner alternative fuel. No time to waste time.”

The video did not mention how much a cubic meter of CNG was sold at the NIPCO filling station, but the fuel is priced between N200 and N260, according to Nagendra Verma, the managing director of NIPCO Gas.

Man gives out PMS for free

In a related story, a Nigerian man warmed many hearts on social media after he bought one gallon of fuel and handed it out for free. This came at a time when fuel was being sold at the price of N850 per litre in some places across the country.

The driver who received the free fuel was short of words as he poured it happily into his car and embraced the kind man afterwards.

A lot of Nigerians who saw the video praised the man and said they wished to also encounter him.
